World of Anteria is still under development but when i say this is going to one hell of a in depth RPG, i mean it. The team over at 81Monkeys are consistantly keeping the community up to date with its development. Although the game was due back in July 2023, it has been delayed but the amount of updates and work that has and is going in to this groundbreaking game is like no other developer ive come across. Hats off to 81Monkeys.

Quick-Time Combat
In this awesome video! The player in it is rocking some seriously cool quick-time attacks and defensive moves. It’s still a work in progress, but we wanted to make sure everything else was working smoothly before adding real-time systems. We’re planning to enhance the visuals and overall vibe, but we’re already super stoked with how it’s looking. Our unique approach of combining quick-time elements with turn-based combat has completely revolutionized our party-based fighting style! We genuinely believe that this game will blow your mind, and we can’t wait for you to give it a whirl.

The developers have always had a clear objective: to develop an exhilarating combat experience that is fast-paced and free of user interface distractions. As a result, quick-time events have been designed without the use of icons or meters, relying solely on character and enemy animations to guide players. These skill-based actions work hand-in-hand with the “dice roll” systems of turn-based combat, enhancing the player’s chances of success when executed perfectly.
