You only need to complete 18 levels, its very straight forward however the level 17 & 18 are a little tougher

Defeat 50 enemies, this comes naturally by level 10

Collect 50 coins, this also comes naturally by level 10

The only trophy that seems to be bugged is the dying trophy. The counter is not working as intended. The easiest way is to load level 17 and stay there, until you get the platinum. Beware the game freezes sometimes when you die. Do not quit, wait for the game to unfreeze by itself and catch up. Exiting the game will reset the death counter.
